Alicia McLucas, is a Certified Professional Co-Active Life Coach, CPCC, trained by the prestigious Coaches Training Institute, and has enjoyed a successful coaching practice for over 10 years. Her coaching practice includes coaching executives, leaders, entrepreneurs, and other individuals (adults and teens) wanting to improve upon all aspects of their lives. She has served as Faculty for San Francisco State where she taught courses for the Core Strengths Coaching Certificate Program.

She is also an experienced Corporate Stress Reduction Trainer in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, helping organizations balance the energetic pace of corporate culture with opportunities to learn how to reduce stress, improve a sense of well being, and improve their creativity, focus, and to live happier lives personally and professionally.

Alicia has 12 years experience as a Mindfulness and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and has completed the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Practicum Professional Teacher Training Program.  She teaches Mindfulness Meditation privately, within corporations in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area, and for Stanford Health Care's Supportive Care Program.
